The Devolopment in the area falling in the floodline will be governed as follows

(1) Aera falling in blue line (excluding gaothan ) is proposed to be kept as No Devolopment Zone.

However, the reservations of open users like Garden, Playground, Creamation ground, Burial Ground,

Road, Sewerage, Water Supply etc. are allowed in blue line. In the Gaothan are falling in blue line

construction/redevolopment will be allowed only after the prior permission of Irrigation Devoloment on

the terms and condition as specified by them.

(2) For the area falling in between blue and red line the devolopment will be allowed by imposing the

condition of providing silt. However, construction/redevolopment in this area will be allowed only after

the prior permission of Irrigation Department on the term and condition as specified by them.

Reservation is proposed to be shifted in S.No. 7 and Gaothan due to existing Express Way.

Foot Note - The alignment of Express Way existing on site in village Kiwale and Mamurdi shall be

considered while finalising the alignment of adjoining roads and boundries of resevations.
