We are looking for additional partnership funding to either enhance school provision or provide additional facilities located on school sites for community use and access

Each school will be designed to expand or add on facilities at a later stage

Engage a Local Education Partner (LEP)

LEP to be a consortia including ICT provider as major equity shareholder

No PFI

LEP will offer a minimum of design and build, ICT managed service, building maintenance

Other services could be included, depending on LEP performance

LEP will have exclusivity for school design and build for 5 10 years subject to performance
