wani closed under water from Rewa River at 4.8m high
• Yavulo and Sigatoka Village is now flooded • Road closed from Nalebaleba to Keiyasi Village, Navosa due to
landslide. • Nadi Town is currently flooded due to the rising of Nadi River • The route from Muanivanua Jetty to Kade in Koro Island is temporarily
closed, due to landslide blocking the main road.The general public is to be advised to use the Muanivanua - Nasau route
• Road Closed – From Rakiraki to Tavua • Public Advisory for the people residing along the Rewa River to move to
higher grounds as water level is drastically increasing. • Rewa River Water level as at 6am - 4.88m
2.0 WEATHER BULLETIN Tropical Depression (TD04F) was located near 18.6 degrees South latitude and 175.8 degree East longitude or about 200km west-southwest of Nadi or about 260km west of Kadavu at 4am today. TD04F moving west-southwest at 18km/hr. The associated rain bands and active trough continue to affect the country. Forecast to midnight tonight for the Fiji group:
• Strong northerly winds with an average speed of 55km/hr and momentary gust to 75km/hr.
• Periods of rain, heavy at times and few thunderstorms over northern and western Viti Levu, Vanua Levu, Lau and Lomaiviti group.
• Occasional showers with isolated heavy falls and possible thunderstorms elsewhere
• Rough seas Outlook for Wednesday: some showers about the interior and eastern parts of larger islands. Elsewhere, afternoon or evening showers.

activated to cater for families and villages affected by the rise of water level.

Waidau crossing still 8” of overflowing water but can be accessed.
• All communication networks are operational.
• All FEA grids are safe and operational.
• All WAF reticulation systems are operational as Totogo Intake and Waitovu Intake had been continuously cleared but water is a bit muddy and consumers are advised to boil drinking water.
• Other Public Service Agencies including Health, NFA, MSAF and other boarder agencies are in state of readiness.

6.0 CONCLUSION
The Div EOC Central is on full alert with all Dist. EOC’s on standby and ready to provide updates of new developments. Public have been advised to take precautionary measures during this period due to rapidly increasing of water level. Evacuees were also made aware of the importance of cleanliness and ensure safety of all children in the Evacuation Centres. The Central Division EOC will update NEOC on Flash updates and progress of our state of preparedness.

Mataniwai Road is still under water (closed to traffic) Nabuna Road is clear and accessible to light vehicles only Yaladro Road is still under water 2 families sheltering at Toko Primary School due to rain. Police will continue to monitor the town. Tavua EOC is preparing for the high tide at 2300hrs. Nadarivatu District: Rain has ceased in the Nadarivatu Range Navai Crossing is now opened except for Nanoko and Mare Crossing Nadarivatu District is currently still without Power Supply. Ba District: Light showers experienced and water levels have since decreased. Police are monitoring the town and restricting the movement of people in and around town. Ba EOC is preparing for the high tide expected at 2300hrs tonight. Lautoka District: Occasional Showers experienced All crossings are cleared. Nadi District: Nadi River has burst its bank causing flooding to parts of Namotomoto and Navoci Villages. Evacuation Centres have been activated at Namotomoto Village Hall, Nadi School and residents of Waqadra. Nadroga/Navosa District: A landslide occurred at Nalebaleba, Navosa. 2 carriers and 1 bus carrying 80people are currently being evacuated at Nalebaleba Community Hall. Sigatoka District school is also open as one of the Evacuation Centre ( number of people will be updated once water receded) District EC’s Updates: Evacuation Centres have been opened in the Ra Province and Nadi District for people living in low line areas and those affected by the Flood. We have updated the figures from the villages which have been already verified.
