Brig Sushil Sir invited me to visit Empower Camps at Kolad to widen my horizon and enhance my personality
"I have known Brig Sushil Bhasin for over 2 years. I met him in a HR seminar where I was impressed with his impact on the audience in a simple interaction. I had known of his being a good trainer, but when we interacted I found he was more of a learner than a trainer. As soon as he got to know that I am a Digital Marketing specialist he wanted to learn from me. He has been my student and I am amazed at his humble nature and keenness to learn.
Recently he invited me to visit Empower Activity Camp and it was a mind amazing experience. I attended one complete College students camp and what I experienced was far beyond my imagination. I can say with conviction now, that you don’t have to only ‘see’ Empower but you need to be there and ‘feel’ the environment created so beautifully. I saw some tremendous transformational experiences students were going through. Personally, I benefited a lot from this experience, too. It is certainly an experiential learning ‘mandir’ of an exceptional standard. I will suggest every business executive to attend this program. I am wishing Brig Sushil Bhasin and his team the very best. Sir :)"

Teamwork – The Wall
Lesson No #1Team Work – The Wall
• Brig. Sushil Sir showed me a 9 feet wall and asked me “Do you know What is the exact height of this wall ?” I said its 9 feet sir!
• He asked me to think again• My answer remained the same• Sir said “if you think pro-actively then this wall is just 3 feet taller
than you • and with the help of your team you can easily cross this wall.• when you go up on the wall and want to come down that time
its just 2 feet higher than you.” • I then realised that what I thought was a wall, some others
considered it an opportunity.• Later I saw each team successfully cross the wall
with the help of coordinated teamwork

Lesson No #2Use Available resources effectively
• Sushil sir showed me a very interesting activity - Raft Building. Here a team of 9 people designed and built a raft. This was a competition among 4 teams.
• Each team had given one Expert Consultant to understand the how to build raft and after guidance each team need to make their raft.
• I found those who carefully concentrated on Expert consultants guidance those people could easily build raft in less time and who ignored expert consultants advice those people couldn’t build raft in time.
Lesson No #2Use Available resources effectively
•After this activity Sir explained the importance of using available resources for winning.
Learn ’n Leisure
• Like this, I learned many lessons.• If I tell u all, what will u do there???
• So, please go and learn these lessons with a lot of fun, in a natural environment, have good food and then come and sleep like a log in the beautiful tents
• Believe me, it’s a different world !
