Mowgli's progress so far Leadership: To Serve is To Lead
• The Mowgli Foundation exists to support entrepreneurs through the power of
relationship-based mentoring
• We provide entrepreneurs with relationships that inspire, support and empower
them in achieving their business and personal potential
• Using the power of mentoring, we unlock the potential of entrepreneurs to create
more sustainable business success
• Our mentoring program, “Mowgli Mentoring Experience” (MME), commences with
a 3-day program during which we prepare and equip our mentors, match our
mentors and mentees, and facilitate accelerated relationship building between
mentors and mentees. We then support the mentoring relationships for 1-year

Mentoring relationship provides support to Entrepreneur for one year. Mentors and
mentees communicate typically on a fortnightly basis via Skype, telephone,
email and face to face. Mowgli provides Mentor with support and supervision through online forums and one
on one support.
Mentors & Entrepreneurs undertake quarterly review in line with agreed
performance framework. Mentors and entrepreneurs complete online
feedback reports to Mowgli.
At the end of the year long programme, Mentors & Entrepreneurs evaluate
progress and success against benchmarking report.
Mowgli assesses impact using end of year data and baseline information.

before attending. I have met wonderful people. I have
clarified my professional and personal goals.”
Eli Khoury, Mentee,2011
“I think [Mowgli is] a new school of business for entrepreneurs,
where business is driven by morals first, and interests
second.” Emad Ammouri, Mentee, 2011
86% of Mowgli graduates say their Mowgli mentor helped with “developing
confidence in my business decision making skills.”
77% of Mowgli graduates say their
Mowgli mentor helped them
“understand how to move the
business on to the next growth stage.”
“After being faced with challenges, market problems, investments… I couldn’t find anyone who believed in me as my mentor believed in me. I found a great friend and a wise specialist in the business who kept me motivated during the hard times. We now have our own offices and
have built a studio; we have 5 full time employees… I have begun to help others in the same way my mentor
helped me.” Ala Suleiman, Mentee, 2011
