New payment plan i.e. Pay 15% now and No EMI till possession for our 1275 sq.ft. 2 bhk and 1515 sq.ft. 3 bhk sizes. Where customer need to pay only 15% as booking amount, 80% amount will be disbursed by bank and balance 5 % amount will be paid by customer on possession. We will provide customer post dated cheques on quarterly basis for their emi part to be paid to bank till possession. We will charge additional Rs.100/sq.ft. for NO EMI scheme.
