MEGAN GRAY PHOTOGRAPHY
Policies*Due to the fact that I am at home with my children, & a sitter must be found
beforehand, sessions are best booked at least 3 weeks or more in advance. Shorter notice maybe possible, but it all depends.
*Your images will be ready for viewing 3 weeks after your session.*A $150 deposit along with a signed portrait agreement are due at the time you
book your session. The rest of your payment is due either before your session, or day of, before session begins.
*Deposits are non-refundable.*Payments can be made with cash, checks, or credit/debit via paypal (only
payments made in full can be done via paypal).*A $25 charge will be added for any returned checks.*Any session cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in
advance. If a child is sick please try to give at least 24 hours notice, and we can reschedule.
*If for some reason I have to cancel the session (very rare) a full refund including deposit will be given to you.
PackagesPhotographic services include newborn, babies, children, teens, families, & maternity.
Packages listed below include photographer’s time, creativity, online gallery, & certain amount of print/product credit. Any additional amount of print credit or products can be added to each package below.

Digital Packages include photographer’s time, creativity, online gallery, & CD of all final images with rights to print. Prices below.
Basic Print Package: $250Applies to one immediate family ($20 per additional family member or
friend), maternity, & teen. 1 to 2 hour session at your home or place of your choosing.Includes $100 print or product creditBasic Digital: $450
Newborn Print Package: $300Up to 3 hour session at your home. Done within the first 10 days of babies
birth.Includes $100 print or product credit.Newborn Digital: $500
Maternity & Newborn Combo Print Package: $5001 to 2 hour maternity session at place of your choosing.Up to 3 hour newborn session within 10 days of birth.Includes $200 print or product credit (can be split for each session).Maternity & Newborn Combo Digital: $600 (one cd will have all images
from both sessions once the newborn session is done).
Additional Print PricesAdditional prints can be purchased through your
online gallery.
