Steps to Getting An Internships
1)Make sure you are eligible for an internship
2) Find a place to contact for an internship opportunity
3) Create or update a resume
4) Determine if the internship meets the Communication departments requirements
5) Complete the application
6) Get a faculty recommendation
7) Get approval from the Communication department
8) Apply

Communication Eligibility Checklist: At least a 2.5 overall GPA At least a 3.0 GPA in Communication Art
Courses At least 72 College Credits Junior or Senior with a declared major or minor
in Communications Attended Internship Information Sessions Complete Faculty Recommendation form Submit all materials to Internship Director for
approval
