Bridging Project OverviewProject Focus & Performance Period: 10/1/13-
3/31/14VISTA: One year term serving at Community Action Agency.
Member assignment will be to develop systems and supports to assist individuals gain information and access to the new Affordable Care Act insurances and other assistance programs offered by the Action Agency.
VISTA member will assist with project data collection and reporting on the project performance measures.
• Senior Corps: 6-12 month term At least 25 RSVP volunteers will be recruited by the participating
Senior Corps programs to serve at the participating Action Agency. RSVP volunteer will complete the training to become Certified
Application Counselors to assist individuals gain information, access and to apply to the new Affordable Care Act insurances offered through the Market Place in Mesa and City of Phoenix.
