It is drawn to show the differences between the 2010 approved adjusted Census urban boundaries compared to the post-2000 adjusted Census urban boundaries.The large scale is to clearly delineate the urban roads versus the rural roads.E Size refers to a standard ANSI E paper size for plotters (E size recommended size to print, view PDF at 100% zoom).Unchanged Urban – Areas from the post-2000 FHWA approved ACUBthat remain urban.New Urban – Areas that were previously rural in the post-2000 urban review. New Rural - Was Urban -- Area that was previously urban after the post-2000 ACUB and has reverted back to rural through theapproved 2010 review process.
