Defined by the International Telecommunications Union in Recommendation F.703 approved in 2000
Provides for the use of audio, video and text in any combination during a call
Realization of F.703 using other ITU-T and IETF open standards is now affordably possible and this is what T-Meeting has done in close consultation with user community focus groups

End-users that were born Deaf usually have good sign language skills. However, they often prefer to use real time chat for addresses and other precise information during a predominantly video communication session
If a late deafened end-user wants to use their voice TM-PC PRO supports their preference
M-Enabling Summit, Arlington Renaissance Hotel, Washington D.C. 13-14 June 2016 Rev B 7
For Deaf with a visual impairment (Ushers syndrome and others), both TM-PC PRO and the end-user clients offer a wide range of settings that match with a user’s eye condition, e.g. contrast for color of text and color of background. By offering a huge number of color combinations, and adjustable font size they can set up end-user clients, just as an interpreter can set up his/her workstation, to settings that best suits the user

Deafblind users that use Braille (many in Scandinavia are skilled in sign language): These end-users can call the center and be called by the public. TM-PC PRO automatically delivers a pre-set Welcome message recorded by the end-user as soon as contact is made using real time chat. Their T-Meeting device is paired by Bluetooth to their Braille device so that they can ‘read’ the text. Then they use sign-language towards the interpreter, the interpreter uses Real Time chat to answer, and the Deaf blind user "reads" the response in Braille
M-Enabling Summit, Arlington Renaissance Hotel, Washington D.C. 13-14 June 2016Rev B 9
Deaf Blind users that don't use Braille (typically have some tunnelled visual capability): This type of user types towards the interpreter, and the interpreter sends real time chat back. This group uses a very large font setting with specific color settings to be able to read the responses
The entire screen can be used for chat in one pane (text for each party identified in different colors) or two panes

Call center platform offers different modules tailor-made for customers such as:
Emergency/SOS calls
Remote positioning service to see where the calling party calls from despite them using IP clients (for SOS situations)
Call Direct (Calls between the PSTN world and a video user are automaticaly routed to a sign interpreter for a smooth 1 step call, provided the SIP domain is available). Very popular for queue callbacks
Video queueing with an unlimited number of queues possible supporting simultaneous audio, video and Real Time Text
M-Enabling Summit, Arlington Renaissance Hotel, Washington D.C. 13-14 June 2016Rev B 11
Video and audio answerphone in the platform as well as in the interpreter agent device (TM-PC PRO)
6 party Multi Conferencing Unit (MCU) built in on TM-PC PRO with video, audio and real time chat
Optional recording during MCU sessions of all parties with video and audio in a simple way and the ability to e-mail the recording to a third party, for example for education of new video interpreters
Comprehensive statistics module for reporting of call statistics, client types etc to enable capacity planning
Queue status in real time for the interpreters, and much more……
M-Enabling Summit, Arlington Renaissance Hotel, Washington D.C. 13-14 June 2016 Rev B 12
Intuitively simple to use, both the TM-PC Pro in VIC center as well as end-clients for end-users
Queue supports real time text as well, so even a deaf-blind person is able to ’see’ their position through their Braille device, and make a choice in an interactive voice and video response (IVVR) queue
Sending of the caller’s position in emergency situations, to any SIP counterpart that supports RTT
Multi-party Real Time Text is a unique feature provided
HD support with high frames per second video quality for easy understanding of sign language

We have plenty more cutting edge developments in the pipeline to fulfil our mission: To develop software to operate on popular mass produced consumer devices that deliver an unparalleled user experience in voice, video and real-time text
M-Enabling Summit, Arlington Renaissance Hotel, Washington D.C. 13-14 June 2016 Rev B 17
Our mission is to help Deaf, blind, deaf blind, speech impaired and other disabled user communities globally
We believe that people with communications disabilities should have same the possibilities to communicate as the rest of population
T-Meeting is focussed, through its technology, to help this special part of the population to have the same opportunities to get work and to have a means of social communication with the wider society
This can only be accomplished through close cooperation between T-Meeting, VIC (Video Interpereting Center), national associations for people with communications diabilities, Government agencies that formulate policy for disabled people and nation-wide internet operators and/or 3G/4G operators
T-Meeting is ready to assist, with all its expertise, to reach this goal. If you have any questions, please contact Faruk Tairi or Max Tairi
