Going Against the Grain
Manufacturing to exact-ordered measurements instead of
maximizing stone weight
Manufacturing unorthodox non-commercial shapes
More expensive than regular cuts (more material is being lost)
25 years ago it took a client one year to collect stones for a single
special watch bracelet!
Diamonds Cut to Precise Calibration
Diamonds are cut to exact calibration according to customer’s
supplied technical drawing.
A bracelet can be finished within 2 weeks.
Calibrated Fancy Shape
A Close Collaboration of Experts
Covering a zifferblat with invisible setting, “closing” a circular case
using taper baguettes is extremely difficult.
The expert setters and the master diamond polishers work ‘hand in
hand’ to achieve up to 2/100 of a millimeter accuracy. This is an
advantage over supplying only loose stones.
Hi-Tech Equipment
In order to achieve this kind of precision sophisticated
machinery is used:
Computerized laser for sawing and cutting
Microscope aided setting
Digitized comparators and measurement devices
