• Lack of method in attracting Amek interest
• Lack of communication skills

with our program and the CPD tend to give it to the first

• The microphone from the speaker does not have stable
connection with the speaker and thus make the microphone
does not have clear sound
Sport
• Not many amek and apak turn up
• Thorough planning was not done for the Explorace Slot
• Briefing to Committee were done late
Module
• We just know that we need to handle the iqra’ session at the
very last minute
• We didn’t expect that the number of children shown up during
the explorace is lesser than we thought.
• We thought that the duration of the last module session was 3
hours, based on earlier tentative but actually it was only for 1
hour and a half.
Ensino • All committee must prepare with basic knowledge of
mathematics before teaching the students.
Special Task • Wasted ration items
Research &

Kampung Baru and Kampung Lama

the fullest
SUGGESTIONS BY BUREAUS
BUREAUS SUGGESTIONS
Programme
Coordinator
• Do not carry out post-mortem too long to be able for
committees to have enough rest for tomorrow’s activities
• PC need to be stricter with committees
• Make sure the master plan is fully complete etc. time,
venue, assisting bureau and take note on the time
allocation for each slot must be sufficient
Discipline & Ibadah
• If the program allocates a little to no budget (not enough),
then the slot of DnI that uses money need to be
reconsidered
• DnI members need to discuss with each other regarding to
the topics and how to deliver it
Sport
• Games should be decided earlier. Type into documents so
assisting committees can read them beforehand
• Zumba should always be done to attract more amek/apak
to join the sports session
• Those involved with sports should be excluded from the
Iluk Hal Ziarah as the slot will finished late.
Module
• Always prepare backup plans especially during sport
session.
• Always double check with person in charge regarding the
slot of module.
• Understand fully on the module that you want to conduct
even if you are not the one who in charge during the slot.
Transportation &
Multimedia
• For the next programmes, we advise to find another option
for rental of lorries instead of relying on Abang Zaki.
There might be cheaper deal and it could provide as a
backup in case of emergencies
• Add the number of media bureau committees
Catering
• Decreased used of msg (eg: maggi cukup rasa) in every
dishes
• Tea-time as a must slot and dinner at 10.30pm
• Ensure to put expiry date for every balance of the
ingredients, if needed to save it for next outreach such as
kicap/sos/rempah
Sponsorship
• Include one former member who has experienced Sponsor
Team before. He or she can help aiding the other
members.
• Sponsor Team shall engage with JASA Corporate Relation
team from time to time.
• To provide more donation boxes at the mosque for Friday
donation drive.
FUTURE SUGGESTIONS AS A WHOLE
• Preparation and Technical need to book early for equipment needed for programme
etc. Such as projector, PA systems, screen projector. Checked the things before going
and make it double because we have many slots in one time. E.g.: speaker and
microphone.
• Catering need to bring extra mineral water to avoid excessive usage of cooking gas to
cook water for drinking.
• Make an “Imam Workshop” for the male committees.
• Ask the preference of Amek and Apak on what they want to learn etc. so we can attract
more participation from them.
• Prepare tentative in details so that each bureau know when will be their session or
what slot do they need to handle.
• Informed earlier if there are any drastic changes.
• Make sure to alert on numbers of villagers.
