Kate vs. Edith “Women Before Their Time”: Round One
• Time to do a little research! Today and tomorrow we will have computers, so use your time wisely. This assignment is due Wednesday by midnight (emailed to me at [email protected])
• Research the most interesting info you can find on either KATE CHOPIN (AP testers) or EDITH WHARTON (non-testers). These two women were writing at the end of the Realist Period.
• After researching, create a PP or Prezi that includes:• 1. Between 10-13 slides• 2. At least two excerpts from her own writing3. At least two quotes from others regarding her life or writing4. Major themes from her pieces5. Interesting life info6. At least one picture7. At least one other creative element (audio, visual, modern day tie-in, etc.)8.
