owned by Graceworks Lutheran Services and managed by Graceworks Housing Services.
They are a non-profit faith based organization that strives to assist seniors to be independent. They have service coordinators on staff to assist each person with the resources they need to age in place and they practice faithful caring to their
residents, vendors, visitors, and one another. They love to help their residents have a sense of
home when they choose to live in their community.

The director of the Entrepreneur Center in Maysville, Mike Jackson, hosted a Women and Minorities in Business Conference in June. Special guest, Lt. Governor Jenean Hampton gave a speech on the importance of entrepreneurship, along with Jonathon Gay and Patti Stahl-North. The riverboats have returned to the City of Maysville, their first day was June 25th.
