Handle entire Joining Process which includes Employee Induction & Orientation

Co-ordinating for bank account opening of new joinees.

Ensuring entry of new employees information into the system accurately in accordance withHRpolicies and procedures.

Coordinating for PF processing.

Preparing payroll input & ensuring its validity.

Coordinating with Accounts team for salary transfer.

Updating Addition & Deletion data for Mediclaim every month

Maintaining personal files of the employee, document verification etc.

Taking care of exit formalities.

Preparing Full and final settlement sheet- to ensure smooth flow of exit of an employee.

Responsible for succession planning

Managing employee engagement - arranging various recreational activities on frequentSalary:3,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A
