you will be with me in Paradise.” If you think God is calling you to be a priest, religious, or deacon; talk to your pastor & contact Rev. Ommar Solis,

Children’s Liturgy of the Word
During the four Sundays of Advent, elementary school age children are invited to join us for Children’s Liturgy of the Word during the 9:00am Mass. Fr. Roy will invite the children to the front of the sanctuary for dismissal after the opening prayer. The children will be led to the old parish hall by our catechists to gather as a community and listen to the Word of God in a format they can understand. This is an opportunity for them to learn, grow, and share their knowledge of God's Word. Children will be returned to their families after the homily. No registration necessary.

Thanksgiving at Dorothy’s Kitchen Once again, Dorothy’s is calling on the incredible generosity of St. Joseph’s! We are in need of many baked pumpkin pies for Thanksgiving. They may be brought to the church kitchen beginning Sunday the 24th and they will be picked up to go to Dorothy’s on Wednesday the 27th by 1 pm. We also are in the need of people to cook and prepare turkeys at their homes on Thanksgiv-ing morning. The turkeys will be provided. Please call Rose Smith at 484-1581 if you could help or need more info. Dorothy’s Place is also in very much need for Thanksgiving Day to help in the kitchen. Please call Jon at (831)998-3181 or email him at [email protected]. to help. Thank you in advance for all your help.
YOU ARE THE ONE! One of our hospitality ministers has stepped
down from volunteering. Is it your turn to step up? Can you help out at either the 9 or 11 am Sunday hospitality? Please contact Sue at 484-6653. She’ll let you know all the details. Thanks for considering this fun and rewarding ministry. God bless you & yours!
Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him.
Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you
will overflow with thankfulness. Colossians 2:7
