Preparation
What do I need to know to make the
interview count?
Think about how you fit with the job
in question.
What do you know about that job, that
market segment, that manager, that company?
Research – look up the web, check publications, look for an
annual report or other high level documents.
Get our o stor straight. Start thi ki g h ou ll e the best person for the job.
Talk to so eo e ho k o s so eo e…
Practice
Write them down. Stare at them.
Rehearse your answers, in your head
and aloud.
Get a friend or family member to help.
Let them interview you. Reverse roles.
Watch how they react.
It s like sports trai i g. A tea goes through all scenarios when they practice so they can nail it
in a game situation.
Thi k about likely uestio s…a d so e unlikely ones as well.
Presentation
