LESSON LEARNT AND CHALLENGES OF NAPHS DEVELOPMENT
PLANNING IMPLEMENTATION MONEV
Indonesia’s GHSA Logic Model Approach: • Use indicators and level of capabilities in JEE tools
based on JEE result to determine priority activities and outcomes
• Harmonize activities already planned by Indonesia with JEE indicators and recommendations (involving multisector, academia, and partners)
• Use Indonesia’s cost standard (based on Ministry of Finance Regulation) to calculate costing for each activities
All Technical Areas implement NAPHS in collaboration with related sectors supported by the community in line with Indonesia’s standards and procedures
Cross sectors regular meeting for all Technical Areas to monitor and evaluate the implementation of NAPHS and followed by corrective actions
Challenges: 1. Collaboration need to be expanded to cover all related sectors and group of communities 2. Huge archipelagic areas, huge numbers of population, diverse social cultures 3. More resources need to be mobilized
