Automatic timesheet loader–Dynamic Coders
About the Idea:
• A batch application which helps employees to reduce their efforts on
adding daily timesheets in the timesheet application.
• Employees can fill the timesheets in a predefined Excel template and
put it on a centralized repository daily before given timeline, this batch
process will run daily in non working hours and deal with loading the
data from Excel sheets to the timesheet application.
How does it digitize employee engagement?
• Reusability: Some times employees need to fill up multiple
timesheets for different projects, it becomes easier to copy
timesheets when we work with excel rather than the timesheet app.
• Load balancing: User will require to login into app only once to submit
the timesheet, which will help in reducing load on the server
(specially during month ends)
• Automation: This is a basic and simple process, which can help the
organization reduce employee efforts and time in filling up the
timesheets.
• Future enhancements: Setup email notifications to users when batch
fails to find timesheet or upload timesheet.

About the Idea:• Project proposes an Online HR Appraisal & Review system accessible on the
intranet
• Employees can write about his work and achievements done in a quarter.
• Manager will be able to review his employee’s comments by logging into the
system and add his comments
• KRAs will be identified, quantified and will be added in the system by the
manager, and employee has to rate himself on the defined KRA’s.
• Finally employee’s and manager’s rating will be stored in the system and will be
available online any time
• Ask HR is a system designed to address employees queries by providing them a
single point of contact which will be a screen, where employees ask their
queries and internally system generates email alerts to the responsible person,
which can then be sent to the queries to the concerned people like HR, admin
& IT

events and user information that would be received by defined

Monthly Report can help Managers to filter tasks of the current
month based on Project, Person or Task Type.

• The app will show the booked time slots.

• Avoid waiting time: Since the tables will be pre booked people
would not have to wait for the table to get vacant.
• Increase efficiency of employee: As each group will have their
slots books they will not have to wait which will save their time
and in turn will increase their work efficiency.
• Proper cafeteria management: The app will help to manage the
cafeteria area efficiently.
• Less chaos: Since there will be no one waiting in the cafeteria
there will be less chaos and hence will not affect the people
working around.
