Offering PortfolioIInformation Technology ServicesWith approximately 30’000 desktops and 3’000 servers under contract in Switzerland, IBM has a proven experi-ence in delivering services related to operating, managing and hosting IT infrastructures for financial and non-financial services companies.
IBM also provides a comprehen-sive range of security services to help clients face their challenges in keeping confidentiality and privacy as well as avoiding hacking attacks.
In order to support clients after an implementation, IBM offers a multi-lingual Helpdesk as well as End User Support on all levels.
Application ServicesIBM BCC offers Application Man-agement Services related to build, transform, run and maintain the applications of financial services companies.
The following standard core banking systems are supported: Avaloq, Finnova and Olympic.More than 90 banking applications are integrated and/or managed at BCC, among them Triple’A Portfolio Man-agement System from Odyssey.
In addition, specific testing services help to reduce the costs and the risks of implementation.
Consulting ServicesIBM BCC provides Consulting and System Integration Services for the implementation of standard core banking systems and banking appli-cations as well as Service Oriented Architecture Consulting.
In addition, specific Business Con-sulting Services around key areas of retail and private banks such as CRM, Portfolio Management, Credits and e-banking are offered. Strategy Con-sulting and Services around Business Intelligence complement the portfolio.
By supporting the clients in planning and designing enterprise-wide IT strategies and architectures, BCC enables clients to focus on their core competences. IT Service Manage-ment helps the clients to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their IT operations.
Managed Business ServicesIn the future IBM BCC will provide Managed Business Services via specialized components to external partners in the financial services industry.
