will be expected to work towards achieving Associate membership of the Chartered
Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD). We will provide full funding and support.

Tips for success:
• Use open body language
• Show enthusiasm and positivity – Good eye contact, smiles
• Rationalise your fears – You can only do your best
• The assessor’s aren't there to trip you up
• Be confident and see it as an interesting challenge
