Logging into Outlook Web App

1. Open a preferred web browser (ie. Safari, Chrome, Firefox orInternet Explorer), then type “https://mail.isd199.org/owa”

1a. The first time you visit the site, it will be prompt you to verify the website/certificate. Choose “Proceed Anyway” or “Continue”

2.The below window will open. Enter your login information andchoose “This is a private computer.” This is a security preference that allows your email to stay open with a longer “timed out” period.

Username:  [Lastname] + [First Initial](Example: Robert Johnston is "johnstonr")1

Password:  Your initial password is set to: [staff employee number] + [first letter of first name in lower-case] + [first letter of last name in lower-case] Password Example: 1234567rj (Robert Johnston, staff employee number 1234567)

Logging into Outlook Web App  3. You will be successfully logged in                                 If the “/owa” intended at the end of “https://mail.isd199.org” is not added when logging in, one will not get to the log-in window and will expereince the below windows.
