ZAMBUJEIRA DO MAR
Zambujeira do Mar is a former civil parish in the municipality of Odemira, Alentejo region, Portugal. Odemira
Municipality in the Portuguese. It has a population of 911 inhabitants, dispersed over an area of 40.975 square
kilometres.
As its name implies, Zambujeira do Mar
is located along the western coast of the
Alentejo, south of Cabo Sardão, an area
cut by various valleys, cliffs and faults,
interspersed by small beaches consisting
of clear fine sands. The coast of
Zambujeira is included within the Nature
Park of the Southwest Alentejo and St.
Vincent Coast (Parque Natural do
Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina),
covering the various folding clifftops and
small beaches/coves of the coast.

The land affected to the project is about 182 hectares and located to the East of Zambujeira do Mar, in Alentejo
coastline and the distance to the shore line is approximately 5 km in a straight line.
The Resort is located in a rare coastal unit landscape in Portugal context and also very unique in the context of
European Atlantic coast.. The privileged geographical location, in the vicinity of the preserved and protected shoreline,
(which belongs to “Parque Natural do Sudoeste da Costa Vicentina”), with a cultural mosaic and other very significant
natural elements, make this set of homesteads a place of excellence
The landscape of Mediterranean identity is the result of climate, geology and the presence of man. The combination
of these factors resulted, in this part of the country, in a very particular range of agriculture fit for the dryland orchards,
among which settles the cereal, vegetable gardens and citrus orchards.
With regard to local climate, the proximity of the ocean keeps thermal amplitudes low and increases the levels of
relative air moisture air, determining a very particular microclimate for the homesteads in question.
The county of Odemira, and in particular the area of Zambujeira do Mar offers the perfect weather conditions not only
in winter, for those seeking to escape the cold and rain of Northern Europe, but also in summer, offering mild
temperatures compared with the rest of southern Europe, being a very important factor for the development of this
project.
The temperate climate without extreme temperatures in summer is very well received by the market in Northern
Europe.
This entire region provides a number of other complementary leisure activities, namely by offering a diversity of
excellent beaches nearby, a choice of varied gastronomic experiences from regional to gourmet cuisine, and the
possibility to explore the rich surrounding landscape, previously mentioned.

EQUESTRIAN CENTRE
The Equestrian Strategy intended for the area
proposes two facilities that will complement and
operate in absolute synergy an:
Equestrian Center, as a permanent feature,
occupying approximately 2.96 acres (1.2ha)
Area for Equestrian Events and Competitions
occupying approximately 45,71 acres(18.5ha)
Connecting these two equestrian facilities, there will be
approximately 4ha of field for generously dimensioned
paddocks, thus creating a in a very significant part of
the Homestead, a centre of excellence for the horse
and its inherent disciplines such as:

AGRICULTURAL CENTRE
The agricultural fits on the idea of creating a "Model Homestead", relying on two fundamental
points:
This agricultural ecosystem, quite dynamic will include
original paths and walking routes designed for the
visitors running (and cycle paths, pedestrian and other
soft ways) by unaffected and/or cultivated areas and/or
forestry, allowing a visual and physical connection to
space.

INVESTMENT
MINIMUM GUARANTEED INCOME
Besides the fact mentioned above and for which the potential buyer can now start to get a return
on their investment, the Surveyor offers in this phase a minimum annual income of:
Euribor 6 months + 5% on the amount of the acquisition of the estate
