What is Interval Training?

• Interval training is a type of discontinuous physical training that involves a series of low to high-intensity exercise workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods. The high-intensity periods are typically at or close to anaerobic exercise, while the recovery periods may involve either complete rest or activity of lower intensity.

recovering from your run.• No sitting down.• This activity will last 10-12 minutes

Scoring

• The more laps a group completes the more cards they will get

• The reason why it is called the Hi-Lo run is because I could say the team with the highest score wins or the lowest score wins.

• If I say Hi score wins, aces are worth 11.• If I say Lo score wins, aces are worth 1.
