Outcomes of statutory review
• Six, 8FE mainstream schools – now 5 x 8fe, 1 x 7fe
• Closure of Heathcote– 2012
• Relocation of TAS to Great Ashby
• Co-location of Lonsdale and Greenside on mainstream sites
• Relocation of Valley school

The Outline Business Case
• Due for submission on 23rd July after Cabinet approval on 21st July – At this stage still under development
• Develop the plans for educational transformation into reality.• Relates to corporate and CYPP objectives• Sets out how the educational estate will be developed• Sets out costs• Affordability – funding streams (including negotiating
abnormals)• Identifies risks and strategies for dealing with them.• Proposals for working arrangements with the LEP• Timetable• Strategy for leading and managing the change.

The plans for each site
• Marriotts/Lonsdale co-location and new build – a PFI scheme.
• Nobel, Barnwell, John Henry Newman, Barclay, Greenside, Valley all traditional design and build. Mixed new build, refurbishment and extensive remodelling.
