Healthy vegetable salad

Ingredients

• 10 carrots

• 5 parsleys

• 1 celery • 2 cans of corn

Ingredients

• 7 hard– boiled eggs

• 4 apples

• 2 cans peas• mayonnaise (about 3 cups, depending how creamy you like it)

• salt and pepper to taste

Directions1. Have a big bowl – you will be needing it to combine all the

ingredients2. Boil carrots, parsleys and a celery to medium– soft

consistency in water with a little salt.3. Drain, let cool, and chop into cubes, add to mixing bowl. 4. Cube eggs, apples and add all to the bowl.5. Add cans of peas to the bowl.6. Add the mayonnaise then mix with a big spoon7. Taste ! Now you can add more salt and pepper to your

taste. 8. Enjoy your meal !!!
