to share God’s message of love, mercy and redemption with the 259 million people without a personal relationship with Christ in the United States, Canada and their territories. Most NAMB

FROM PASTOR CRAIG
A Happy Place
I mentioned in my article last week how blessed I feel to be at a happy church. I have been reminded of that time and time again these past two weeks. It is great to hear the laughter in the office everyday of the week as so many of you stop by. I love to walk through the halls as Sunday School is getting started, seeing lots of smiles and hugs and hearing lots of encouraging conversations. Last week at
Family Skating night it was so much fun seeing families having such a good time together. And each Sunday during our welcome time I love to see so many of you walking all across the sanctuary just to say “Hi” to someone you haven’t seen yet or to meet a guest. Happy is not just what you feel, it is what you do to bring happiness to others. No wonder the Greek word for “blessed” is also the word for “happy.” You teach me that blessed and happy go together every week and I am so grateful. Fifth Anniversary
Speaking of grateful, I can’t begin to thank you enough for all the warm wishes that came my way in celebration of my fifth year here at MBC. All the emails, texts, and cards meant so much. And the recognition in the service was such a pleasant surprise. How grateful I am that God has brought us together and that you continue to allow me the privilege of serving you as your pastor. Easter is closer than you think! Start praying about who God might want you to bring to celebrate the Resurrection on Easter Sunday. Bless Your Heart! Craig

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress, My God in whom I trust!” - Psalm 91:1-2.
When we come to God and pour out our concerns and thanks for His love and sovereignty – then we are dwelling in His shelter. The shadow of the Almighty protects and holds us and anxiety fades as we recognize that He alone is our refuge and safety.
Perhaps you are in a difficult situation – a health matter, a family or relationship issue, a financial struggle….come to the shelter of His trust and surrender all. He will be your protection and He alone can be trusted to help in time of need.
In Christ, John Berryhill
