Description of the Project:
Location Boulogne Billancourt – Suburd of Paris – France
Structures Tunnel refurbishment (safety exits, ventilations, fire protections,…), the Ambroise Paré Tunnels &Saint-Cloud, along the main highway of a Parisian suburb. It is a public project relating to newsafety regulations for tunnels. Works were carried out night and day without closing roads.

Position and responsibility :
Project Director in charge of :� Managing and developing a good relationship with client representatives.� Coordinating actions with the design manager, to make sure design information are released on time
and with the quality expected for procurement and works on site.� Setting-up a target program.� Preparation & negotiation of contracts, as well as selecting sub-contractors through tender process.� Identifying potential technical / financial risks and establishing preventive measures to ensure project
progress, with a view of meeting completion deadline.� Managing site works in accordance with contract requirements and French regulations regarding HSE.� Management of 10 engineers in project organization. � Generating and monitoring budget objectives for project.� Implementation of company QSE requirements. (Certification ISO 9001 versions 2010, OHSAS 18001:
1999), � Putting in place a snagging process in order to deliver a high quality project to the government.
