    Meatballs:

    1 pound chopped meat

    1 onion1 egg

    fresh parsley--about 1 tablespoon

    bread crumbs--about 1/4 cupgrated pecorino romano or parmesan--1 or 2 tablespoons

    Put chopped meat in medium size bowl.ut the onion in half. !a"e one half and chop it and fry it in oli#e oil.

    !a"e the other half and chopped it finely and add it to chopped meat.

    hop the fresh parsley finely and add it to chopped meat.

    $dd egg% bread crumbs and grated cheese. Mi& all together.

    !a"e small amounts and form meatballs about the size small ball.

    'ry meatballs in same pan with onions until browned and coo"ed through.

    $fter meatballs are done% add to the sauce and coo".

    (auce:) cans plum tomatoes

    1 can tomato paste

    fresh basil% about one tbsp.

    salt% about 1 tsp.

    *lend tomatoes in blender until smooth.

    Put in pot% add fresh basil and salt.*ring to boil% lower heat and let simmer.

    +hen sauce has coo"ed down a bit and meatballs are browned and coo"ed% add to sauce.oo" tomato paste in meatball drippings and add it to the sauce.
