After so many years of waiting for the right man to come into your life, you’re finally tying the
knot. Best wishes!
One thing, you’ll be anxious about your big day since there are countless aspects you need to
decide on—what to wear, who to invite, where to hold the ceremony, and of course, how to
look perfect on your wedding photography.
There are so many brides who get stressed with all the preparations but that shouldn’t be the
case. Do not let the pressure take its toll on you or anyone else, otherwise, you will look worn-
out on the most special day of your life.
The beauty problem that’s most dreaded by women, specifically bride-to-bes, is the ones that
involve the skin such as acne, redness, dryness, tired and puffy eyes. Those would definitely be
your worst nightmares, especially if you’re about to have a session with your wedding
photographers.
To fight against the said skin troubles, here are some tips you can use to feel more confident
not only during your wedding day itself but also in your pre-wedding photography:
Stop worrying. Sure, there are so many things to prepare for your big day but don’t let
your emotions mess up with your good looks. Take note that your feelings can affect
your skin, so apprehension and stress can manifest on your face through unsightly
blemishes.
Stick to healthy meals. You probably know some loved ones who adhere to clean eating.
Why not join the bandwagon? Go for fruits and vegetables since they are rich in
antioxidants that are beneficial to your skin. It is also a good idea to have someone go
on a healthy diet with you so that you will be more motivated to reach your goal.
Get some sleep. Despite the very long ‘to do’ list, you should still get some beauty rest.
Keep in mind that when you’re asleep, your skin repairs itself so you can get a
replenished glow. If you try to get everything done and deprive yourself of relaxation,
you will surely look tired on your wedding day and your eye bags will be the “star” of
your wedding photography. I’m sure you wouldn’t want that.
Increase your water intake. Water is absolutely the best beverage and it can aid your
skin to become firm and smooth. Drink at least eight glasses of water every day to make
your skin cells happy and become the radiant bride.

Get moving. Exercise is a natural stress reliever; it can surely benefit your skin. Plus, it
can increase your metabolism, so you won’t just be a glowing bride but a physically fit
one as well.
