An historic setting for a memorable event

• Event: AV support for staff conference• Client: Future Publishing• Venue: The Assembly Rooms• Brief: To design a stage set and provide AV for a conference and awards

event for 350. This brief evolved after a new client acquisition meant that the delegate numbers had increased to 500. The solution was to move the set design from rear projection configuration and create a free-standing structure rigged for front projection and lighting. A lot of care and attention was paid to ensure safe working around the chandeliers that cost £1.5M each!

• This particular venue is one of the historic listed buildings in Bath that Production People work with on a regular basis.
