To Guide Agents How To Become Real Estate Entrepreneurs!Today's Real Estate Brokerage traditionally work with a system developed 60 years ago. A Real Estate Agent becomes a Real Estate Broker then hire 1 or more agents to represent his company in real estate sales and listing. The agent under the brokerage receives a fair priced commission split (50/50, 60/40, 70/30) after the real estate transaction is completed. Given that tools have evolved in the last 60 year (such as from MLS Books, to MLS websites, to MLS Apps), what has not evolved is the perceived success ratio of Real Estate agents: • 80% of all nationwide agents sell less than 1 a month (agents ultimately
leave the industry within 2 years)• 15% sells 1 a month.
• 5% of all agents sell more than 1 a month

Salary.com have Real Estate Agents nationwide making an average of $38,000 a year, which is a far below estimate to what most Traditional Real Estate Brokers are telling new agents on what they can make in Real Estate. Another Observation from the "OLD" and Traditional ways of doing Real Estate, is that agents who are in the 15% and 5% category (those agent making 1 or more sales a month) have issues on building a steady flow of income. Why?Because it is not offered in the "OLD" traditional Brokerage way. Month after month, Real Estate Agents on this category cannot stop working, marketing, and networking. Once an Agent stops "working" the income stops coming. The Average age of Real Estate Agent is 52, and many more are working past the age of retirement. Working past retirement is not bad at all if an agent chooses to and enjoys the labor, but if it's not a choice, then its a problem.
