• Click to register• On the next screen, select “Campus France USA.”
(The option to switch to English may not be available until you select USA.)

Register for Etudes en France
• Complete the registration using your personal information.
• Before submitting your registration, be sure to check the boxes accepting to receive emails to your personal email account.
• After registering, you will need to wait up to 24 hours to receive a confirmation email. Once you receive the confirmation email, you can continue with your CampusFrance application.
Prepare for your Campus France Application
• Before you can complete your Campus France Application, you will need:• A PDF copy of your Attestation d’Admission (Letter of Admission), emailed to you by IES Abroad after you are
accepted. If you haven’t received this yet, let your IES Abroad Program Advisor know.• A digital headshot photo in JPEG format. This can be the same photo that you upload to the Digital Headshot Photo
in your IES Abroad online forms.• A copy of your passport’s information page in JPEG or PDF format. Make sure that your passport is signed and the
information is clear.

• Select “Study-abroad/exchange/dual-degree program, specialty program, PhD” from the top menu.
• Click “1 – Finalize the procedure.”
• Select “I am a study-abroad/exchange/dual-degree student” from the drop-down menu.
• Do NOT select that you have been accepted to an institution in France; even if you have, you are still considered a study abroad student.

1) Home institution in the US (select IES Abroad, not your home school).
Enter Your Program Information2) Host institution in France: In the drop down menu select “Autre”. For Institution enter the name of your program. For City enter the city where your program takes place.

• Study abroad/exchange program:• If IES is an option, then select IES. The remaining fields will be completed for you.• If IES is not an option, then select “Autre” and write the name of your IES Abroad program in the box.
• Description of the program:• Just write the title of the program again.
• Field of study:• Choose the most relevant field of study.
• Level:• Choose your year (e.g. 3rd year of higher education if you are a junior).
• Start and End date of the program:• Enter your program’s official start and end date, based on the dates in your Predeparture Information.
4) Write a personal statement• Motivations to study in France:
• Write a brief personal statement about why you want to study in France.5) Upload the official acceptance letter for the study-abroad/exchange/dual-degree program
• Click “supportive documents” and attach a PDF copy of your Letter of Admission (emailed to you by IES Abroad).• You may need to click “register” for this to become available.

• Choose “Personal Information” to complete this section.

open up the questions.• Personal Information:
• Logins and photograph:• Upload an ID photo (can be the one you used for your Digital Headshot Photo).
• Identity:• Click “Modify” to update your personal information.• Click “supportive documents” to upload a copy of your passport.
• Contact information:• Click “Modify” to update your contact information.• Be sure to enter the address (home or school) that is in the jurisdiction of the consulate to which you are applying IN
PERSON. Your in-person appointment should be scheduled no sooner than three weeks from the date you submit your Campus France application, so keep that in mind when entering your address.
• Special status:• As a study-abroad student, this does not apply to you. Click “Modify” and check the box.

• Education and professional experience:• Resume – You do not need to upload a resume as a study abroad
student.• Mon cursus
• Select “A year of higher education” from the drop-down box and complete with your information (you should use your home institution, not IES Abroad).
• Make sure that you have checked the box that says “Current Program, I will fill out scores and supportive documents later.”
• Language skills:• French language proficiency exams – Only complete if you have
taken one of the tests from the drop-down menu.• Level of French – Select “Modify” to add your French language
experience.• Stays in France – Not necessary to complete.• Level of English (and other languages) – If you select that you have
taken an English exam, they will ask for you to upload a copy of your scores.
Submit Your Campus France Application
• Once you have completed each section, you can submit your Campus France application.
• You will receive an email from Campus France after they have reviewed your application.
• Please click here to pay online.
• Follow the steps in the Passport & Visasection for information on sending documents to Campus France. Your application is not considered complete until you send the specified documents to Campus France.
