Criteria for Assistance • Significant contribution to regional
and national environmental agenda
• Urgency or need for intervention
• Community or CSO-led, preferably with multi-stakeholder complementation
• Has the potential to sustain the impacts and outcomes
• Anchored on an integrated area development plan

QUALIFICATIONS:
• A Filipino entity
• An NGO, PO, and/or private academic institution
• Duly registered with any of the following: SEC, CDA, DOLE-BRW
• Continuously in operation for a minimum of 3 years*

*NOTE:
For organizations UNABLE to fulfill the eligibility requirement, an eligible intermediary organization can act as main proponent and assume fiscal responsibility for fund usage and ensure attainment of project objectives.

DISQUALIFICATIONS:
• Those with an ongoing project with FPE
• Those that have pending accountabilities
• Those with questionable track record

Minimum counterpart = 25% of the total project cost
May include funds sourced from other donors, and indicated in the project proposal under budget requirements
