• Capacitate the NDA to lead the programming process in order to
attain country ownership and political support – relationship;
• Develop internal institutional capacity within direct access entities
to design and facilitate project formulation process;
• Investment towards generating national climate information is
critical and enhances access to climate finance;
• Understanding of both multilateral and general global climate
finance landscape is important – platforms to create such
understanding should be enhanced;
