• Captain’s Wood has a treed history dating back over 1000 years. There are remnants of medieval wood pasture, and is only a few miles from Staverton Thicks
• The event is kindly hosted by Rodney West at the Stanny House Field Centre, and the Suffolk Wildlife Trust
• Please bring a packed lunch, walking shoes & wet weather clothing
