CAGE - cerebral arterial gas embolism
• Air trapped in lung may expand and burst into arterial system via pulmonary veins – goes to brain
• Massive bubble load may cross to pulmonary veins through lungs – goes to brain
• Presents with rapid onset neurological symptoms
