    With 8 other retail category specialists in all aspects of retailmanagement and leadership, built a company that consults and advises retailers, specialty,small box and mid-size businesses in specific efficiency and profit building projects from salestraining to expense control to sourcing and space allocation, visual merchandising, from legalopportunities to loss prevention and risk management.

    Guided national franchise retailer to re-examine and re-assort their specificdepartmental offerings to improve inventory turn while improving (7.2%) YOY profit marginthrough full service to the customer training and role playing strategy. This also served toimprove customer satisfaction metrics to a 37% increase.

    Created an industry specific training program derived from the metricmeasurements of the effectiveness of in - house sales performance for a national big boxchain specialty electronics retailer. This resulted in a profit margin improvement of 13%against the previous yearsperformances in a down trending market.

    Consulted with a franchise retailer to eliminate the location cost and oversightof a warehouse by improving the efficiencies of the local stores to manage those functions.This improved delivery efficiency raising customer satisfaction metrics.

    Reduced shrink in first year from 4.7% to 0.5% through associateawareness and award system. Second year shrink performance improved to 0.37%.
