Policy
Purpose: To facilitate evaluation of Sailor physical and psychological health concerns related to deployments.
Triggers: > 30 days OCONUS without a fixed Military Treatment Facility (MTF) or COCOM / Command directed.

Policy: OPNAVINST 6100.3A (Deployment Health Assessment Process)
Action:
Pre-Deployment Pre-DHA (DD 2795): Must be completed no early than 120 days of deployment.
Post Deployment Health Assessment (PDHA) (DD 2796): Must be completed +/-
30 days from re-deployment date.
Post Deployment Health Re-Assessment (PDHRA) (DD 2900): Must be completed
between 90-180 days after re-deployment date.
