• ERC and vendor work together to determine if a property is a good candidate.
• Enrollment is then a one page form.
• Vendor works with property to develop reduction strategy, with flexibility to reduce equipment that is non-critical to operations.
• 100 KW is minimum reduction, but properties under same ownership can aggregate to reach 100 KW.

Getting Paid
• After summer season, total reduction is accounted for and payment issued. Sample payments per kw reduced are $22.40 in 2016, $25.15 in 2017 and $35.58 for summer 2018.
• Customer is paid up to contracted reductions. No payment for reducing over contract. If less is reduced, customer is paid on that amount only.
• No penalties for under or non-performance.
• All accounts eligible for payment even if no event is called. One annual test required if no events.
