• The Standard Grant Application (specific to each Priority Area);
• Section III, Part A, Minimum Requirements (p. 19); and• Section III, Part B, Proposals (p. 20).

Four Priority Areas:
1. Support the implementation of new Delaware state-model CTE Programs of Study;
2. Enhancement grants for CTE pathways and Delaware state-model CTE Programs of Study;
3. Prepare students for further education and career success; and
4. Provide comprehensive professional development for CTE instructors, faculty, administrators, and counselors.

1. Support the implementation of new Delaware state-model CTE Programs of Study (p. 4)
• Culinary & Hospitality Management, ProStart– $15,000
• Computer Science– $15,000
• Engineering, Project Lead The Way– $35,000 to implement a three-credit program and up to $65,000 to implement a six-credit program
• Biomedical Sciences, Project Lead The Way– $45,000

2. Enhancement grants for CTE pathways and Delaware state-model CTE Programs of Study (p. 9)

Priority Area Three (3):
3. Prepare students for further education and career success (p. 14)
• Provide CTE students with academic support services; or
• Provide CTE students with career guidance and/or academic counseling services; or
• Administer and/or provide opportunities for CTE students to complete industry recognized certifications/licensures; or
• Create opportunities for CTE students to participate in dual enrollment courses as part of an approved CTE program of study.

4. Provide comprehensive professional development for CTE instructors, faculty, administrators, and counselors (p. 16)
• Must support professional development activities that relate to a specific CTE program of study
• Must align with Delaware's Professional Development Standards, [14 Del.C. §1598]
• Professional development activities for separate participants may be consolidated under a single application
