This letter is my personal recommendation for Vanessa Massey. Until recently, Vanessa was aninstructor for several courses in the programs I chair at Trumbull Business College. I found herwilling to tackle the classes she taught with enthusiasm and energy. Vanessa was willing to assumemultiple roles in the college and shared her knowledge with all who asked.

Vanessa is a take-charge person who presented the classroom material with creative ideas and with aneye toward what students would need to be successful in the workplace. She taught several computerclasses, including Database Management (Microsoft Access), Presentations (Microsoft PowerPoint),and Foundations of Social Media Management.

She used her experience working in the fields students will enter to make the information exciting andrelevant to their career goals. Her attention to detail ensured that each student received the informationthey needed to not only pass the class, but to utilize their classroom skills in the workforce effectively.Her knowledge of each of her students allowed her to be aware if students were falling behind. Shecommunicated effectively and her knowledge of her students allowed her to tailor assignments to theirneeds.

In addition to her instructor duties, Vanessa also worked in the Career Services department where sheinteracted closely with students to teach them the skills they would need to acquire a job in their field.The same passion and expertise she brought to the classroom was utilized in her position in CareerServices.

I highly recommend Vanessa for employment. She is a dedicated team-player and will make anexcellent addition to any organization.
