Hardware ContSelection of a suitable micro-controller
Main functions should be
- Issuing firing instructions to all transducers- Calculating the distance of the obstacle from
the vehicle
- Issuing audio and visual warnings whenever a
threatening obstacle is foundWe selected PIC18F452

Hardware ContDesigning the power supply
The power supply is required in the following,
- For generation of the sine wave from an dc-ac converter for
feeding the ultrasonic transducers
- For powering the micro-controller
- For echo detection and signal processing unit
- For Powering the warning units
