pleting the company rooms, construct in,'a i>ermanent gallery in the drill-room over

the entrance-hall, painting and kalsomlningthe drill-room, putting iron bar- and atonecapping in the areas on the outsideof the building, layimr front stone st, p,,and wainscnattng around the hallways.A lei windows are to be put in tin castend of the building.
