Who Am I?
I am Assistant Professor with Department of Commerce, St. Aloysius College. Here I am currently
teaching Banking, Financial Markets, E-Commerce Management and Fundamentals of
Investment for Under Graduate students.
Before joining St. Aloysius College, I did Full Time Doctoral Research with a fellowship (RTA
Scheme) at School of Management, IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University), New
Delhi. Through Research and Teaching Assistant (RTA) Scheme of IGNOU, I got trained in various
aspects of Open and Distance Learning System(ODL) i.e. Self-Learning Material preparation,
Handling Live Tele-Conferencing Sessions, Developing Video Lectures, Developing Tutor marked
Assignments etc.
Before joining IGNOU, I did my MPhil from Calicut University Campus. My work was on
economic benefits of a pilgrimage tourism destination. My work has got multiple citations in
national and international journals

I look forward to opportunities for
working close with academics who have
excellent research expertise to learn from them
and carry the lessons to the class-room
situations by associating interpretations to
create new knowledge for the young learner
before me.
I am a student of Capital Market with
special focus on Initial Public Offerings. The
dynamics of IPO market always excited me. I
would like to focus my research on IPO Market
in the Indian Context. I was able to do some
unique research related to IPO market during
my Doctoral Research and would like to carry
forward the same in future .
