give them advice and respect their dignity. To be fair and not have favorite students Weak sides of Bulgarian school: there are not enough

practically orientated lessons and discussions on matters of present interest.

To teach students how to think in depth, find difference between essence and phenomenon, see the culture and esthetic of the environment leaving trace in students consciousness.

1. Lack of parents’ interest: due to the opinion that their voice will not be heard. In the family there is discussion on school matters and problems.

2. How to make parents active members in school institution?

- New approach and management during parent’s meetings: sit in circle; parents to be involved in discussions; monthly meetings aiming to inform parents of current school matters; pedagogical practices, competitions and school activities.

teacher of English, after her two-months’ training course in USA, February, 2010

1. Quality of organization: a study for each subject, student books available for all students, duration of lessons – 60 minutes or 2 hours and 45 minutes weekly, discussions on current methodological matters /a day for development/, mentor for a young teacher for 2 years, one of the deputy directors deals with students with behaviour problems – open telephone line with her.

2. Diversity of lessons – less theory, more team work, posters, exercises, music, practical things have priority.
