CSISA – WorldFish:Training Activities Concept & Development
Objective of Training
To increase capacity of partner extension staff and farmers in order to implement improved technology.
So CSISA-WorldFish provides training for- Partner Extension staff and- Farmer
Programmatic thinking
• How can we develop a need based training program for the farmer
• How effectively the training program implemented in the field
• How can we ensure the farmers’ participation in the training session
• How competently we can address /plan for implementing the program in future
• How efficiently we address Gender issue in the training
• How can we complete the steps without additional burden of the project staff
Partners’ Extension Staff Training
• 6 days long Training of Trainers (ToT) Course on Extension and Aquaculture
• 3 days long refresher course in following year.
The curriculum of the course developed following CSISA-WorldFish implemented Technology.
54 Trained staff of 10 partners are working in six hubs at present.
