Focus on CCEO tools framework and practical
application and the need to save time for
sharing ideas and debating before
conference closing, made it impossible to
present training pilots with target-groups
from Portugal1, England, Lithuania and
Latvia, initially planned (programme in
appendix).
This was followed by a brief systematization of lessons learned and perspectives on project future
development, and also by a participated discussion on the potentialities of CCEO tools and
methodologies use.
Before conference closing, participants were invited to post in the
walls of the room their ideas and possible contributions to the
dissemination of project products. They were also challenged to fill
out an anonymous questionnaire to assess the quality of the
conference, the interest in CCEO methodologies and tools and
suggestions for improvement.
The systematization of evaluation results is presented below.
1 Participants were informed about the possibility to access on line National Training Pilots Report in Associação Humanidades website, under
projects tab www.humanus.pt

High degree of interest raised among participants who have had the opportunity to experience their
practical use during the conference is a relevant result.
The interest of professionals – representatives and technical staff working with target-groups – is the
starting point for the transfer and incorporation of innovative informal learning methodologies and
tools.
Participants were informed that the final version of the CCEO training program, in digital format, will
be made available by project closing, thus promoting free, fast and easy access to the tools created.
Following this, Associação Humanidades reinforces its availability for possible support, upon prior
request, for CCEO practices and resources transfer and incorporation among the interested parties.
Graphic 2 – Evaluation on level of interest raised by CCEO tools and methodologies - participants
Evaluation scale: 1 – Very low a 5 – Very high
The qualitative evaluation carried out by the participants highlights as CCEO project / methodologies
/ tools strengths the centrality of creativity in the building of personal and social development and in
the promotion of social inclusion / reintegration, socio-cultural diversity and the participatory
dimension (professionals and target audiences of partner organizations) of the learning process
design and test, and CCEO tools "simplicity", flexibility and easy application.
Improvement suggestions left by respondents focus mainly in project dissemination, exploring
creative forms of communication and broadening transfer contexts of project products (eg schools).

Project/ methodologies/ tools Obs/ Final remarks
Strengths Improvement areas/ changes to make
P1
Sharing the tools and the message that creativity is available to everyone because we are all creative and by using it we can improve and gain new perspectives on reality.
A challenge, to make the presentations more creative, despite the language barrier, what other ways we have to communicate and through that create!
Congratulations to all of you!
P2
P3
The presentation of the methodologies was fundamental, at this moment there is a need for a deeper knowledge to answer the improvement question.
More moments, with more dances.
P4
P5
Consider creativity the lever of human potential, using it as a tool of change for a social inclusion; The methodology used is very innovative, sharing ideas and building a network intervention for the common good of the community.
P6
Potentiate creativity. Introduce other ways of communicating our creativity. The way we communicate is changing because social media are distorting messages and values.
Congratulations, a long way to go stared here and today
P7 The creative and innovative approach.
P8
P9 Give the public tools to create a new life opportunity. Make a difference in everyone who may have access to these tools.
Congratulations!!!
P10 The very idea of the project. Encouraging networking and allowing for an exchange of experiences.
Congratulations on the achievement / accomplishment.
P11 Creativity is undoubtedly a path and should be explored. Diversify the Partnership and bet on the improvement of these tools. Changing mind-sets is very difficult. Ahead is the right direction
to look! Be strong!
P12 Connected Economy and Negotiation. Little clarification on the project framework. I did not quite
understood how the project is structured.
P13 Sharing, networking, exchanging experiences. Project dissemination. Excellent conference, very well organized!
P14 Experience new perspectives, the "simplicity" of the tools. Development of tools to work with the community, prepare it also to be creative in "welcoming" people who have lived in situations of exclusion.
Due to the theme and interest of the experiences presented, it would be interesting to have a longer duration, in the format of a workshop to discuss ideas in smaller groups.
P15 Interesting and important project for encouraging and developing the creative spirit in individuals, including tools that can be useful in their social integration.
There is still a need to fight against the prejudice and rigid rules of society that prevent the integration of offenders during sentences in companies / institutions.

Project/ methodologies/ tools Obs/ Final remarks
Strengths Improvement areas/ changes to make
P18 The use is easy. Materials and instructions are clear. I think the conference should be longer in order to promote sharing.
P19 Possibility of use in different contexts/ realities; Multiplicity of ways of working and reaching goals; Diversity of institutions / realities / target-groups allows the development of creative approaches as a way of solving "problems"; Engagement between technicians and target population implies better results.
Dissemination will allow you to understand how to replicate the good practices presented today.
It would be good if the conference had more time, given the rich sharing experience provided by CCEO project. Very interesting! Important to share the information / project among attendees and also the slides to support the presentations.
P20
P21 The constant exchange of experiences seeking to obtain data from countries with different cultures, and different penal and judicial systems. The fact that partners go locally to see and learn what others do.
Conference very well prepared. Excellent conditions both on space and materials available; Simple, clear and objective presentations. Congratulations to Associação Humanidades and to all project partners.
P22 Identify improvement on areas as its all positive. No other comments.
P23 Humanity, feelings, practical use, changing thinking. Practical use, sharing in system. Share some love, accept the worn, don´t lose the hope.
P24 It is very positive that the tools are being developed and applied not only in one but in several countries. The work carried out in collaboration with the partners makes possible the accomplishment of tools that stimulate the inclusion, in particular of offenders.
In my perspective these tools could be applied in other contexts, as in schools, because creativity is something that is lived by all of us! Its stimulation has a significant importance for the lives of all, even for those who do not face social exclusion.
It was a dynamic and enthusiastic conference! Congratulations on the work you've done!
