• Market stalls• A Plaza• A Bandshell• 2 BBQ spots w/ water and sinks• Lockable storage / sound booth• Covered pedestrian circulation• Vehicle circulation• Washrooms
Design Attributes:
• Flexible and open design - this allows for multiplicity of useand allows light in while discouraging habitation when not inuse.• Showcase project - wood first, local and value addedinnovative wood products that have garnered industrysupport.• Fits within the park and Railtown planning• Scalable, allowing for phasing as necessary• Upturned roof edges reference Japanese Architecture.
